The short version: We only collect what you choose to share. We do not sell your information. Ever.

What we collect: From Here collects the information you provide in the From Here Intake. This includes your first name, your role (Rebuilder, Caregiver, or Supporter), and general recovery milestones.

As of June 2026, From Here allows members to securely log personal functional recovery goals and weekly clinical progress scores (0–10). This data is strictly associated with your private Member ID, is used solely to generate your personal clinical summary reports, and is never shared or sold.

Why we collect it: From Here collects your first name from the intake questionnaire. As you use the platform, you may also enter personal recovery goals and clinical self-assessment scores (such as tightness, walking quality, and comfort ratings). You choose what to enter. Nothing is required.

Stewardship & Security:

Who sees it: Only From Here. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to anyone.
Anonymized Data: Per our internal standards, any clinical or medication details you share are treated as general categories to protect your identity.
Tools: We use Wix and Google Workspace; you can find their privacy policies at wix.com and google.com.

Your Rights: Your information belongs to you. If you want us to delete anything you have shared, email us at kim@fromhere.health, and we will take care of it immediately.
