I am Kim Spight.
I survived a stroke.
Then I built this.

Kim Spight is a Strategic Account Manager with 25 years of experience cultivating long-term partnerships across the Technology, Transportation, Industrial Manufacturing, and MRO sectors.
She is a mother, a community builder, and a walking miracle.
She has the data to prove it.
The Foundation
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dallas.
Throughout her career, she has been a catalyst for growth—not by simply selling, but by partnering with customers to modernize their systems and scale their businesses.
Whether leading tech updates for her church and sorority or managing enterprise accounts, her focus has always been on sustainable, relationship-driven success.
The Community
Kim is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she has built lifelong connections that showed up in ways that changed everything when she needed them most.
She serves as Board Secretary for Project Still I Rise, a nonprofit dedicated to "Empower Today's Youth For Tomorrow's Opportunities."
At St. Paul United Methodist Church, Kim leads the church's technology and communications modernization project—bringing the same strategic vision she's applied in enterprise accounts to the communities that shaped her.
The Day Everything Changed
On November 24, 2024, Kim had a stroke on a Dallas train on her way to church.
Originally from Memphis, Kim had no immediate family in Dallas. What she did have was a community she had intentionally built over decades—and they showed up as family.
She spent 110 days in the hospital and inpatient rehabilitation across Parkland Health and the Baylor Scott & White Neuro Transitional Center.
She progressed from 0/5 strength on her left side to driving independently, walking with a quad cane, and living a full life.
At 18 months post-stroke, she continues to improve.
How From Here Was Born
When her life changed on that train, she didn't just survive. She used that same strategic mindset to build a new way of living.
During those 110 days, Kim realized something critical: the tools existed, but they were scattered everywhere. Stroke survivors leave the hospital with clinical checklists, then spend months hunting across dozens of websites for guidance on post-stroke fatigue, caregiver coordination, and emotional recovery.
She didn't want to search 15 different places to find what she needed.
And she wanted more than just clinical information. She wanted a place where survivors, caregivers, and supporters could feel supported and encouraged. Going to therapy is hard. Reading about someone else going through the same thing would have gone a long way. Not scattered success stories across the internet—everything in one place.
So she built it.
While rebuilding her life, Kim earned her Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification.
Why? Because her brain had more to say.
From Here is where 25 years of relationship-first strategy meets the lived experience of recovery.
